How to get started: 


What should I do to get started?  Call me (Aliya Fielding) on my mobile number (210-683-7260) to discuss the service.  We can get you started over the phone and internet, or we can visit you at your office. 


Is there an initial setup fee?  No, there is no cost for the initial visit and setup. 


What is involved in the initial setup?  The entire setup can be done with or without visiting your office.  We will provide you with a signed HIPAA compliance form.  You'll also need to sign a form authorizing us to file claims for you, and provide some information about you that insurance companies regularly ask for when we discuss claims with them.  We'll also need information about your clients to put into our system.  We have a standard form to fill out for them.  All of this information can be sent to us via fax or a secure web page on our site.  


After setup, how do I submit my claims?  We have an easy to use system that basically lists out your clients on the password-protected part of our website.  You'll select the client(s) that you wish to bill for and review the dates, diagnosis codes and CPT codes that are pulled from client files in the system.  Click on the submit button after this and we'll take it from there.  You'll receive a confirmation email and we'll submit your claim to the insurance company within 2 business days.


After setup, how do I handle new clients?  Have your client submit insurance information to us before their first visit.  We'll obtain insurance information from them and call the insurance company to verify benefits.  We'll also get a pre-authorization where required and send you information regarding their policy.  If there is a copay, for example, this information will be specified in our communication to you so that you know how much to charge the client at each visit.
